Anyone doing the LA to the Bay starting on Dec 12? Would love to hear from you cos I'll be travelling solo.

I'm doing the Wild Western starting on the 12th. Looking at the brochure, out tours are on the same date and same route (just that I'm going all the way back to Anaheim). I think they combine the tours. I'm travelling solo too!

I can't wait too! It's consuming my thoughts most days! I arrive in Anaheim on the 9th so I've got a couple of days to spare and check out Disney Land. Let me know if your interested in going, it'd be fun to go with someone else.

For a minute there i was scared I'd be the only one leaving the tour in SF.

What are your plans for after the tour Hailes? I have a friend that lives there so i'm gonna spend some time with her before going back to LA for xmas with her family

So exciting, picked up my tickets for the contiki today... very exciting. I'm going to be in LA from the 10th i think at the anaheim so, if anyone wants to do touristy stuff definitely up for it. have heard that universal studios is amazing!!! Also wanna check out hollywood and sunset strip and stuff. lot of stuff to do i think. then after the tours ends killing a few days in San fran before flying back to Oz on the 24th. Should be fun!!! If u guys are keen should catch up. You from Oz as well?

I picked up my stuff last week too!! now i've realised how much i have to organise in such a short time!!

I'm arriving in LA the night before the tour, so maybe we could catch up then...

Should be a fun trip, i'll be there from teh 10th i think and looks like we've got a whole group meet up the night before the tour anyways so, guess we'll meet then. think there'll be the lot of us all staying at the same place, the best western anaheim, the night before... my be a big start!! lol

I just checked my flights again and I'm arriving in LA at 6.30 in the morning on the 11th. I was hoping to maybe go to Disneyland or Universal Studios if anyone's interested in coming with me....much more fun that way!

Hey Chris, just got into Canada the other day. You'll definitely need a freshen up. i tell you, the shower rocks but, you should be able to fin dme at the hotel once you get there or vice cersa and we'll catch up. Really loooking forward to the trip!! had a big weekend with lots of aussies and backpackers in vancouver and had a ball... would imagine it'll be quite similar on the contiki.. so, fingers crossed!!!
