I'm booked on the La to the bay trip 18th April - 27th...Anyone else on this??

Anyone previously done this trip??

Also, any idea on what the weather is going to be like??

Hey im also on this trip but im taking the Wild Western tour that finishes on the 30th.

Good to finally see someone doing this tour!! Hopefully now it doesn't get cancelled...

I will be highly disappointed if this gets cancelled as i have booked time of work etc.

Both la to the bay and western start on the same day so i'm sure i will bump into you.

So you're flying all the way from auss - whats the flight time? london to la is a 11 hr flight, so long.

You will be glad to know that its going to be a very full bus; i just managed to squeeze onto the tour (was on the waiting list for a while).

I chose to do LA to the Bay because friends that had previously done the tour said its a crazy 10 days and not worth missing.

Anyway i look forward to meeting you both !

Good to hear you have hopped on aboard. This is my first contiki tour so i have no expectations. I'm sure it will be interesting meeting loads of people.

Are you planning on staying extra nights in San fran after the tour?

Im just staying In San Fran the one night (Friday), then Im doing the Alcatraz tour the following morning, then hopping on a plane back to Australia Saturday evening. Ive been in the States since New Year and am looking forward to going home.

Anyway, if you want to join me for the Alcatraz tour please do. The more, the merrier!

I'm staying 2 nights in san fran, not sure what my plans are yet.

Anyway i'm about to leave for airport...see you soon.
