Would anyone know would it be easier to fly straight to (SNA) airport orange county then get the shuttle bus from there to the hotel in Anaheim. Or is it easier to fly to LAX then from there, find a bus/coach to Anaheim.?? I'm looking at booking this tour for the 2nd of December 2009.

Hey Becstar  I guess it depends how much time you have before the tour stars? My friend and I are flying from Brisbane to LAX, having a week there first, then getting a bus to Anaheim, spending 2 days at Disneyland, then the next day we leave on the Contiki tour. We also managed to get a cheap/nice hotel about 500-700m down the road from where the tour departs, so that should be handy Hope this helps you a little bit Might see you on the tour lol Aimee |

Thank you so much for your reply! :-D I have decided not to do this tour any more. I was worried about what to do, where to stay, how to get to some random airport after the tour had finished. It's my first time over seas ever and i will be going solo!! So i thought i would do the wild western tour in october. It starts and finishes at the same hotel. I was reading some more about the 2 airports and a lot of people where saying that the SNA is much quieter and easier to navigate:-D. I think i will stick with this one. I see your heading to disneyland as well. Thats what I am planing to do as well. Its so exciting. I hope you and your friend have an awesome time on your tour. I will let you know what its like over there when i get back. :-D

Hey We have put the $200 deposit down at the travel agent but we haven't paid in full yet. That's a shame you wont be on our tour, but I'm sure the wild western will be great as well, i've read some really good reviews about it It's my first time overseas too so I know what you mean with wanting places to be quieter/easier to navigate etc. I guess its all part of the experience though haha :P Anyways hope you have an awesome time as well! |

23 from Sydney. will be in LA for about a week before the tour starts. And staying in San Fran for a few days once the tour finishes as well. Can't wait for it!!!
