Just wanted to know if anyone has signed up for this tour. This is my first time on a tour and I would like to get to know some people before we go. And if anyone has gone on this tour and how they liked it.

G'day Maria,
Im on this tour, and ive just paid off this trip about two weeks ago. Im 24 years old from Melbourne Australia and I cant wait for this trip to finally happen. Ill slowly be making my way through europe before i start, and i'll be going to Oktoberfest straight after the tour will be completed. I posted on here before, but no one seems to have replyed. Im travelling on my own and can't wait to hit party central in Ibiza and Barcelona. Trust me, this will be the third contiki tour ive been on and you won't be disappointed about how much fun we'll have. Id love to hear from you or anybody else on the tour before it kicks off. Hi Maria,
I'm Chelsea and I'm looking at doing this tour around the dates that you mentioned so I'm keen to see who else is looking at going and also find out a bit of goss about the tours as I haven't yet done a tour either. I'm looking at travelling by myself at this stage and just wondering if many people do this? If anyone has travelled by themselves before do you think it's as fun as travelling with someone else? Would love some advice here...thanks, Chels |

Those dates are not as good as the 4th for us, but its a possibility..
Def hit Oktoberfest after, its a great time.. went 2 times already, you only need like 2 days there, we did 3 days and hit the fest 2 times. Watch out for those Australians there a blast... Just finshed the 17 day Australian Reefs and Rainforests in Novemeber and met a few Ozzies... two of them were coppers from Melbourne.. If we go, we are looking at hitting Dublin Ireland first, then do the trip and then end in Oktoberfest. Hopefully we will be on the same trip, if not have a great time, we will only be a few days ahead of you.. so we can always drop you a few tips on what is good etc... hi maria im going on the spanish spree on those dates as well, yay at least i wont be the only person on the bus.
I have been on a tour with contiki befor, i went on european contrasts last year it was great. didnt do spain though. |

This is my first time traveling by myself and I'm sure I'll have a good time. I think most people who go on a tour go by themselves; I could be wrong. I just booked the Spanish Spree (Sept 11-23) tour. I live in New York and this would be my first time on a Contiki tour. I am excited and looking forward to meet ya all. Evening everyone!
Wow! You come back after a while and see how many people have added onto the thread. This trip is going to kick arse! Not much longer to go! Im gonna try to get there in the arvo round lunchtime, It looks like a couple of us are going to be arriving in the afternoon before the tour starts off, so id like to suggest if anybody wants to, we can meet sometime before the official meet and greet for some drinks either at the hotel bar or somewhere nearby on the afternoon the tour starts.
