Hi Jessica and everyone else..

We do two days in Singapore, then this trip the Spanish Spree, then a Paddy Wagon tour in Ireland for 7 days. Then London for 4 days, then a top deck tour - European Escape for 10 or so days - Germany, Poland, Czech, Austria, Switzerland and then to Hong Kong for the Bledisloe Rugby Game with a day in Macau - if we have any cash left... and then home... maybe...I think its about 40 something days in total - Johnnys idea... with 4 tours...

Ive done Thailand b4 but I think this will test me...

Wow thats definitely a lot to see in 40 days especially if you haven't done a tour yet. But awesome at the same time. Ive been everywhere in Europe you guys are going but i never Asia. Im saving that for my time in Australia.

seeing as its your first tour Ill try no to punish you to much (against Johnny's wishes) but since your an aussie and know how you guys can drink i think youll love it all.

Jessica - this will be my third Contiki. First was New Zealand then the Simply Italy tour. Loved every minute of it, still keep in touch with people on both trips. Sounds like you are a Contiki veteran. I wonder what the morning song will be? btw I've been to TO twice. Love the city!

Giselle - there'll be Sangria every night! Also Jager and Red Bull Wink

When is everybody getting into Barcelona? Paul & I arrive on the 27th.

Johnny

Johnny is also known as red cheeks or hot buns. Red cheeks cause he aint the best drinker..lol.. and hot buns because of the way he rounds the bases when playing Baseball.

Now the secrets are out... we need a nickname from everyone - what do ur friends call you?

funny you as the nicknames. on my last tour i was nicknamed TM (tour manager) because when we were drinking in russia the actual tour manager made a comment that if anything happened to her she wouldnt worry id just take over the tour. I guess loving to travel and going through school to be a travel consultant dose that to you. Im also nick named mom for my always making sure everyones ready and with us and not forgetting something. But dont worry ill let lose I promise.

so paul whats your nickname and why?

Johnny - you'll have to teel me about the NZ tour ill be doing one while im living in australia.

and im arriving on the 28th i have to work right up till the minute i leave for the airport on the 27th.

Looks like my secret is out in the open. Just promise me you guys won't slap my ass when I walk down the bus aisle Wink

TM - will definitely talk about the NZ tour. Lets just say you will *love* Queenstown. Looks like both of us have seen quite a bit of the world. I'm sure you have plenty of stories to tell (over a few bottles of tempranillo of course).

I'll let Paul announce his nickname. He has many, some are not for public consumption.

meh - I dont have one. Maybe I'll try and earn one on this trip. Hamilton is better than Queenstown - for drinking anyway, and you gotta do Bay of Plenty and the tip of the north island in NZ (Cape Rieanga). Absolutely beautiful. I am bias though being a North Islander (born but live is Aust).

Haha - slapping hot buns. Hes going to be "hot cross buns"...Johnnys gunna get his bum slapped. Johnny - new beer bong needed I think!

Oh Paul,
how could you go through life and not have a nickname, well i promise you will have one after this trip. Smiler and Johnny I cant promise there wont be any bun slapping, when i get drunk it happens and .... when im sober to.

I definitely intend to hit all of New Zealand and Australia(ok maybe no crazy outback) I want to see everything i can.

So have you guys looked into other fun stuff we can do while on tour other then the optionals?? like on the last day when I return from Ibiza back to Barcelona Im going to the Dali Museum.

15 and a bit weeks to go!!!
Jessica
