Hii..i'm doing the same tour as you! I just booked it last week i'm soooo excited! I'm from melbourne, i'm arriving in barcelona that morning when the tour starts..i'm going to be soo jetlagged!

ahhhhh! im excited that you're in the same tourr you will be so jetlagged!! i'll be there around 2 weeks before the tour starts! you gonna stick around after the tour or what?

Nar i'm flying straight to the french riviera after the tour ends in ibiza!! What do u think is the best way of gettin to the hotel from the airport...taxi or public transport?

i say public transport! a lot more adventurous and cheaper. but depends too what time of day you get there.. if its morning you'll have until the evening to find your way around getting there. but if its afternoon you'll be arriving, probably take a taxi - would be a lot more expensive but it will get you there straight away in time for the pre tour briefing and what not.

ps, i have read that our accomodation in barcelona is out of the city centre.. so in that sense i would recommend a taxi..

hello adel! my name is gabby and thanks so much for helping me out already! i am 18 and from the US, i will prob. be the youngest one on the trip! there are no guys yet that are responding!! And i think im flying in the same day so i will be so jetlagged too!

also, is anyone that is not staying in spain after the trip worried about going home from ibiza b/c i will have like 3 layovers! Adel, did the people that booked your trip help you in booking a flight?

hey gabby! so you gonna come on our tour then huh? yayy! hmm i have been in touch with a few guys who are thinking of going on this tour date, but they are so far still not confirmed on this date so...

im only staying in spain. i have a 2 night layover in south korea on my way to spain.

and lastly, the people that book your tour are usually travel agents from pretty much any travel agency near you. so what you can do, is book ur flight and the tour as the same time!

there is also. a way in which as u did mention, you can book ur actual flight with contiki, (through the travel agent as well), this is good as in the event that our tour was cancelled or moved dates, contiki will cover the amendment fees that would usually cost u should u change ur flights. but hey, dont take my word as stone because im not as knowledgable as i used to be about the ways in contiki.

i suggest u stop by one of the travel agencies there and ask for a contiki europe brochure. its got lots of information which is worth the read, and then do read the terms and conditions, its got interesting stuff too.

but personally, the travel agency i booked my flight with is a different agency to the one i booked my contiki tour with.

Hi ladies! My sister and I are booked on this tour too. This will be my 3rd contiki and her first. We are 27 and 25 from Chicago. Two of my guy friends from Cali are on the tour too! It should be a lot of fun!
