Hi there, im going to hopefully book this trip and leave on the 23rd of July , I'm a solo traveller too so i'm a lil nervous as i've never travelled alone before. When you booked did they ring you and help you find cheap flights there and back? Also did they send you more information regarding the itinery, accomadation etc? it'd be good to hear other people's views just so i know exactly what im letting myself in for,Thanks
I've officially booked the trip for the 23rd. I booked my own airplane tickets, as I found they were too expensive through contiki. The biggest problem I had was trying to find a way to travel from Ibiza back to Barcelona. I'm going to take a flight in the morning, probably around 11 a.m. My flight leaving from Barcelona is at 10 pm., so I'm hoping that even if the smaller flight gets delayed, I'll still have enough time to catch the other one. Hopefully! I'm 18 years old, female, from Vancouver, Canada. Who else is going on this trip? I'm going solo as well
Hey! Im 22 from Canada as well! I am travelling solo! I haven`t booked my flights yet, Im trying to decide whether to stay extra in Ibiza? Apperently our Contiki hotel isn`t near the clubs or the beach soo some ppl. are satying an extra couple of nights and staying at a different hotel thats on the beach. Are you staying longer??? I am also planning on taking a flight from ibiza to barcelona.. its really cheap! Im on the facebook group for our trip..feel free to chat there!!!
Mine says my trip starts on the 24th, but I'm pretty sure I'm on this trip too. They prob factor in a day for people flying in or something. 23 and also from Canada. I'll be bumming around europe with my buddy for the month of July before this. We haven't made plans to stay in Ibiza after the tour ends. That's a good plan though, has anyone looked into it?
I was able to book a flight from Ibiza to Madrid, and then Madrid to NY. My flight from Ibiza departs at 8:50 am and I get into Madrid at 10 am. Then I leave Madrid around 1 pm and arrive in NY around 4 pm EST.
