Hi, have now booked so am definately coming too! I have not booked the flights yet, the times from here for arriving are not great, either morning or later that night. do you know when we can check into the hotel?

Rosie - last time I went we could check into the hotel early. We have a meeting the night of the 7th, so it would probably be better to get there in the morning as opposed to later that night.

Im from adelaide. ill be there the day before settling in in a nice lil room on my lonesome .... then the next day i get to meet up with everyone yay! lol hahahahahaha
