Hi, I was on the July 8th LA to the Bay trip with Jason Cap and Bill (the driver). Unfortunately the Questionnaires were stolen when the bus was broken into when we were in Sam Fran. But I just wanted to say how brilliant Jason was as a tour manager. He worked immensely hard and made such an effort with everyone. Similarly Bill was great fun and got to know everyone on the tour. Jason and Bill made the trip.
Everyone thought it was such a shame that the reviews were taken and we were wondering if there was an online form we could fill out. So the forms could reflect how excellent the Tour manager and the driver were.

Jason Capalongo and Bill Haughney were awesome. They helped to make the trip amazing. I was impressed that Bill really wanted to have fun with us and was so much more than the typical bus driver. Jason had a lot of knowledge of great places to go at each destination, and he was extremely friendly. He was always looking for ways that we could all have fun. Those two made me enjoy the Contiki tour so much that I am definitely planning on signing up for another one! Together they made an excellent pair, and everyone from the group was extremely impressed!

That's so crap!

As I said on my questionnaire - I could not speak more highly of Bill and Cap's professional performance on our leg of the Contiki tour.

They always went above and beyond for the group and so far exceeded the general requirements of their roles.

Even once the day was done and their work day was somewhat over they still were around us all having a good time. We all ended up being quite close by the end and so I hope this is recognised despite that moronic theft in San Fran.

I was also on the LA to the Bay Trip with Jason and Bill. There are no words in the world that could describe that trip well enough to express how much fun we had. Those two are definitely the best team ever. Both were professional and worked incredibly hard. They were always really helpful and entertaining, trying to get to know everybody as much as possible. I could go on and on here... I don´t think that there was anybody who did not like them! It´s such a shame that the Questionnaires were stolen. You´ve probably never seen such positive Questionnaires before. Hold on to those two!

Hey there i would also like to say that Jason and Bill did an outstanding job with our tour. This was the third contiki tour i have been on and I would have to say that these guys were the best.
