Hi all

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel to stay in once the tour finishes in Christchurch? Preferably somewhere not too far away from where we get dropped off or do we get dropped off at a hotel?

Hotel So modern and chic in the center of town ... lots of amenities. I have stayed there myself and highly recommend it.

If you don't mind the jog, there's a nice little hostel just south of Christchurch in Sumner. Marine backpackers; it is near the beach and on the cheap (takes some money and an hour or so to bus out there though).

I am also looking for a hotel in Christchurch after my tour. Have looked at hotel so but it looks kinda small.
Can anyone recommend anything?

We are booked to stay at Stonehurst Accommodation (looks quite nice and has all different types of accommodation and seems to be close to the centre of C'church).

We are staying at Bealeys hotel. Its where the tour ends or starts in Christchurch. Have no idea what its like but seems easy for us

i stayed at Hotel So for 1 night before my tour started last year.... and it was excellent... funky sorta hotel, something different - kinda cheap too - so worth a try....


Bealey's is good too.... a normal hotel/motel - comfortable, clean, nice.....
