My boyfriend and I are thinking about doing the NZ Grand Explour tour in Feb 05. First time travellers. Can anyone let me know what the weather would be like in Feb, what to pack etc. Any ideas would be very helpful!

Does contiki arrange airfare to new zealand from my home city in ontario canada?

As well, will contiki offer any airfare rates savings or hotel savings for my journey to new zealand?

I would like to spend 2 or 3 extra nights before the tour in Auckland if possible? would i be able to get a better hotel rate?

What is the normal weatherlike in new zealand in march? thank you for your time hope to hear back from u soon?

Hope I caught you before you left to your tour! I'm from NZ and thought I'd give a weather forecast. It's been unusually hot down in the south island and it's supposed to last a bit longer so you have probably picked a good time. But do pack some cold weather clothes cos the weather can be very unpredictable and may change quickly. Have an awesome time.

Hi! I did the South Island in feb 2002.  I had the best time...it was beautiful!  I must say it was a bit chilly though.  I had to buy some warmer clothes while I was there.  I would be sure to have a good mix of stuff - layers for sure.  You will have a great time!!!!
