Should be quite gentle, you and the pilot/instructor will glide on your arses at the landing on a field.

Hi,

The landing is not hard, but the only thing is that as you're coming down you need to lift your legs up so that they're not trailing on the ground. So as long as you have the strength after your injury to curl your legs up you'll be okay. I'm saying this because I did a skydive once after breaking my leg, and as we were landing I realised I didn't have the strength in my leg to hold it clear off the ground, and it caused us to crash land! Even with the crash landing, it wasn't that hard, and luckily I didn't get hurt, but it's just something to bear in mind! It didn't put me off though, I've done it again since and had no problems.

Hope that helps.

Sinead.
