Just wondering if the black water rafting involves squeezing through really small spaces. I'm not claustrophobic as a rule but small tight spaces don't excite me!

You'll be fine. I'm not the biggest fan of small spaces and I didn't have any problems. Good fun!

im thinking of going on the grand adventurer in june... i know ages away and i was just wondering with the water related activities do u get like protective clothing so u dont freeze to death or do they not run those acvtives... not sure if this question is stupid or not lol

They run all the time. In the winter, you could layer 2 wetsuits (2nd jacket) if you wanted to go Mad dog river rafting for example.
