I will be in Rome on July 16th. I will be spending an extra nine days in Spain, also signed up to do some volunteering there. What city are you from in CA?

Hi Amy, me and my mate will be on the Med highlights tour reverse, but ours starts in Madrid on July 14 and ends in Rome July 26. Are your dates right?

Are you sure you are on the reverse, I am starting in Rome and ending in Madrid.

Love NYC, was just there with some friends. Love the stops along our trip. I been reading a little about the stops on what to do in free time, transportation, and avoiding long lines at popular sites. I want to make the most of my time at each place.

I'm Liz and my cousin and I are two more girls from the US on this tour! We are 24 and 26, and from the San Francisco Bay Area. We'll have those Aussies outnumbered yet.

It is both of ours first trips to Europe, but it will be our third Contiki tour of the summer (we start with Berlin, Prague, Vienna and go right into the quick Athens tour) so we may look a little worse for wear.

We'll be in Rome a day early too, so maybe we'll see some of you around! If not, I'm looking forward to meeting you all on July 16th.

Amy, It's so great you are learning a little about each place now -- I did that last year and it was so helpful. I haven't gotten to it yet for this trip, but I've got to spend some time in the next few weeks. I just think it helps me appreciate the places more.

Liz, 3 Contiki's in one summer is totally cool. You'll have to fill us in on how the others were.

3 contiki tours back to back, that is some serious traveling!

Sherri-I still have a lot of information I want to look up and also go over languages, I know very little in Italian.

So far only the U.S. girls have posted messages. Who else is going? Any guys going on trip with us girls? I was told there are 50 people booked on our trip.
