My fist time overseas too, 22hr flight from sydney - Germany, i'll get my first taste of jet lag, lol. Mite invest in a neck pillow, as recommended by a friend. already got my euro adapter n stuff

i just got my neck pillow i think it is the way to go i am so excited it is just over a week before i fly out for my first tour! YAY i can't wait

Where'd u get ur pillow from, i only seen the **** one's in cheap stores. The bigger places like big w etc, can't seem to find any good one's??

i got mine on ebay but i have also seen really cute/funny loooking ones at australian geographic for about twenty dollars and also i think the airports sell them as well

Hey Cassie, i'm bringing a suitcase (max size) because obviously winter clothing is bulkier, and a backpack/day bag 2 carry a jumper & other stuff etc.
It's about 30degrees in Aust at the moment so 10 degrees will be damn cold 4 me... never seen the snow before, but will probably see lots of it in Berlin on my first contiki tour in 2 days time

I think it was a korjo brand of something like that. They sell them at the airports if u have any trouble anyway, or u can borrow from someone else on the tour (US of course)
just adapter...my room mate from my first tour had troubles with his coz there sockets are recessed, c how u go anyway.
BTW i´m in madrid now, hotel florida norte (tour hotel) if anyone wants to catch up pre-tour #723
