Hi There, I saw your replies to other tour dates in september..but am glad to see other folks are on the november tour.

I live in California and don't know if I should try to get to Rome on the 17th - the first meeting isn't until 5pm on the 18th - what are you doing and where are you coming from?

Im flying in from the UK on the 12th, just to do a few day trips out of Rome. I like to get there before hand, keep it relaxed and stress free

are you staying at the tour hotel the nights before and when you arrive in Rome - I might need to come in to Rome by the 17th as I don't want to miss the tour meeting the 1st day - at 5pm I believe - and it's too rushed - so might be in on the 17th to Rome - just curious - or if anyone else is coming in a day before

yeah I am at the tour hotel, on the days before the tour. am happy to catch up prior to departure if it fits with your plans

I am catching the train down from Paris overnight- arrive Rome on the 18th at 7:15 in the morning.
