I am planning to go just a week earlier, so basically leaving on the tour starting 26July in Madrid and ending in Rome. Going to then move onto Greece!! Really hope my plans come through....
Me and my roomie from my last Contiki are thinking about doing this tour starting August 1st together. We will probably book soon! We did the Greek Island Hopping last summer and had such an amazing time!

Im doing the guaranteed dept 02Aug starting in Madrid! Was thinking about going over to Portgual and checking it out a few days earlier. I am by myself so im hoping it will be fun!!!
That's great!! Finally someone else is going on this tour haha. I was starting to think my friend and I were the only ones going. It's going to be a blast. I did the Greek Island Hopping last summer and had an amazing time. That's actually where I met the friend that's coming with me. She was my roomate. So you're going to Portugal first? That's neat! I was thinking of going to Ibiza for a few days before the tour depending on if I can get the time off and if I can find someone to come with me haha. So where are you from? We are both from Canada...I'm from Windsor in Ontario and my friend is from Calgary in Alberta. Well I hope to hear from you soon!
Are you serious? Wow, it is a small world!!! Are you studying at Western? Will you be flying out of Calgary? My friend is flying from there and we are meeting in Madrid. We are coming the day before the tour starts though. Are you going to be travelling alone? This tour is going to be a lot of fun! So two Andrea's on the two so far haha...last year there were two of us as well!
Yea, I've been at Western for the past 4 years...one more exam and I'm done!!! Anyways, yes I am flying out of Calgary on August 1...stopover in Toronto and then to Madrid (all on Air Canada). Are you guys flying out one day before that? I am traveling alone as far as the tour goes, but afterwards I'm heading to Greece and meeting up with my sister. I can't wait to go...It's going to be a long 3 months counting down the days till we leave!

So my friend was thinking of taking that same flight...we were going to plan to meet in Toronto but its cheaper for me to fly out of Detroit anyway and I think she found a cheaper flight with a layover somewhere in Europe. We are arriving a day early. Is this your first time travelling alone? So Greece eh? Have you been there before? We went last summer and had such an amazing time. I'm dying to go back...my friend is actually moving on to Greece after this tour to meet up with someone she met there last year!! I wish I could stay in Europe longer, but unfortunately I have to get back to work haha!
