Who is planning on doing this tour in 2006?  This guy is.  Probably sometime in May.   

I'm going on this trip with my cousin and her best friend.  We're on the July 8th trip -- already booked and SO excited   We are starting in Madrid and ending in Rome.  My cousin did a Contiki tour last year, and gave us some great advice -- one thing she said was to try and go a day or two early, this way we have time to tour around on our own.  So we took that advice and are arriving in Madrid on the 6th, so we have some free time prior to the tour.

It should be fun...  I think it's a good tour choice

I also did a Contiki Tour last year, the European Magic one.  Since I had such an amazing time I knew I had to go back and I know I didn't want to repeat any of the same cities, so that is why I wanted to go on this tour.

i'm going to be doing this tour also. i'm just trying to work when the best time to go is? do you think that the soccer world cup being on is going to have much impact on this tour? at this stage i'm either going on the july 8th option. its so exciting anyways!!!!
