Hi Sam, don't worry im also on my own! Where are you from? Im from UK, bit nervous i have to say as im also doing LA for 4 days before we leave for our tour on my own!! But im sure it'll all work out just fine!

Just reading all the post. I booked my trip a while back and picked up my tickets yesterday, my travel agent was telling me about the forum so here i am.
I'm from Oz, landing in LA 12/06/08 ready for a Grand Southern Tour on the 14/06/08. Doing the Big Apple Explorer (08/07/08)in NY after that THEN heading to Honolulu (11/07/08)to wind down for 5 nights then back to OZ. I'm travelling with 5 other guys and really can't wait it's getting so close.
After reading the posts, those travelling alone/first time have nothing to worry about at all.
One quick tip, bring a few different forms of accessing your money, and keep them seperate, i have seen a girl lose her ATM card on the very first day of our tour - not cool.
