i'm staying in LA for 3 days before the tour starts and staying in NY until the 5ht of sep.... Can't wait!!!

hey sara. yea i cant wait either! seems so far away now. we're flying in 6 days b4 the tour starts to do LA and San Francisco and then New York till the 4th of September. Cant believe how much of America we'll get to see. Where are you from?

hey hey...i'm from melbourne australia!!! it will be my first time overseas too so i'm sure it will be heaps of fun..
i think the only thing i'm scared of is how much money i'm gonna take with me!!! but other than that i'll have a ball!!!

Wow seems to be a lot of Australians go on these trips. Thats cool. I spent 2 months in Adelaide. Love Oz. I'm sure you're scared goin overseas for the first time, especially on your own. But you'll be fine. Yea I've no idea how much money to take either with the optionals to do n stuff. I really hope the financial crisis gets better soon though cos we're not getting much for our money anymore. But never mind. Its months away yet! lol

have you booked you accomodation yet??? in LA i'm at the Banana Bungalow adn in new york i'm staying at West End Studios.....i'm so glad my accomodation is all booked!!!!
whereabouts are u from?? i've been talkking to a couple of people of contiki who are goin on the same tour as us...i think once we're in LA we'll have to catch up for drinks or something!!! and i'm so glad it will be theire summer too!!! at least it will be nice weather!!!! anyway if i don't talk to u before hand, mave a merry xmas and a rockin new year!!! Before you know it we'll be saying "i'm goin to america this year!!! woo hoo!

This is going to be my first o/s trip alone but im very excited and a bit scared

Me and my best friend are hitting up this trip! We'd have already been in the US for a couple of weeks before this and we're flying out straight after the trip!

Im in the South Eastern Suburbs near Knox city.

I get to LA on the 31st of July and will be doing the LA contiki tour from the 1st to the 4th of August and then have a couple of days to do my own thing before i join my the Grand southern tour.

When do you get to LA?

I've been counting down the days too. Only 198 days to go

i get to la on the 2nd of august...i'm doin LA on my own. Staying at the Banana BUngalow in West Hollywood.

i'm pretty much gonna wing it all when i get to LA but i've already paid for my accom in both LA and New York. I'm gonna go on my own in NY as well.

t least my flights are paid for, now it's just a matter of paying off contiki and saving for my spending money!!
