Hey everyone I am planning to do GS NY-LA which am booking in a few weeks but there seems to be a lot of people doing it the other way from LA to NY. Just wondering whether it is better from a certain way as should I be looking at doing it from LA instead or is it too early for people to be booking thats why not many people are doing it from NY? Would really like some advice as coming from NZ and would hate for it to be cancelled if I book the NY - LA way

I am doing the trip leaving LA on Nov 28th. I am doing it that way around because I am travelling up to Canada to visit friends from past trips and spend NYE with most in Toronto. my advice is book through a travel agent.They will find you good airfares and if anything goes wrong you have someone to turn to. If I was you I would do LA-NYC because you could do an around the world air ticket and link up another destination before you return NZ.

hey thanks for your reply. I have decided to do NY - LA so then its not as far to come back to NZ so get back faster although miss xmas but home boxing day as only coming over to do tour with a few days either end so only in USA for a month. Going to book next week so quite exciting
