Hey guys, i am a first time contiki girl needing some help or words of wisdom, as i am contemplating going alone and im crapping my pants! never been overseas before and would really like to meet others going this tour round july august 08.any advice would be fabulous! kristal.xx

As someone who has done a couple of Contiki tours my advice is have a ball and enjoy. U will have the best time. If there is anything you want to know just gimme a shout and I will do my best to answer

I think the figure I've seen thrown around most often is $AUD10,000 incl flights, tour, some optionals & spending money.

Trust me you will make long life friends on Contiki, but it is like any where you get the nice and easy to get along with people and you get the ones that you may not get on with. Guess you have to take the good with the bad. $10,000 man that dosn't even include shopping with me.

ive got ten grand saved already and i guess its not for a while yet but i was hoping to do the la scene b4 and maybe new york explorer afterwards! alot of money hey! but i figure i should do it all while im there! r u gona have a few days in la first b4 the trip starts like for disneyland and shopping?

I will prop be there the day before as I have only not long started my job and want to go back to it after the tour. But I will def do something the day before. R u much of a party person? AS I am not really party person (but do get the urge to run a muck every now and then on tour) I just don't party every night. Too old now. lloooking for a room mate that won't be comming in and out at all hours of the night.

i do like partying dont get me wrong but i would like to see everything without being hungova if im going to pay that much! how old are you? im 24, my works great they dont mind and ive only been there bout 4 months.i really wanted to experience disneyland wit a friend tho :-)

OMG I am sooo old, , I am @ the age limiut 35 thats why I wanna go out with a bang on this tour was going to try and get into LAmayb if I can 2 mayb 3 days before will cwots happens as I wud love to do Disneyland to but with someone else.

No ur not too young gee's I have done that many of these tours being the oldest person opn them and it dosn't bother me. Be nice to knoww someone before starting the tour and the disney thing sounds cool will let you know when I get into La will prob just stay at the Contiki hotel save time and mucking about. Do u have Msn messanger?

I've got five nights in Anaheim before the tour starts, then the Big Apple Explorer straight after it ends.

Will still be in NY for the 9/11 anniversary.
