Hi Everyone!

My name is Krystal and I am from Western Australia and just signed up for the tour!! I'm a bit like Krysti actually, I am 24 and doing the tour alone, but I loved the Contiki Europe tour I did in 2007 so I am sure this one is going to be just as good! Cant wait for the trip and to meet everyone!

I am flying in on the 19th get into NY at 5.30pm on the flight from LA that leaves at 9.15am. Is anybody on that flight or leaving from Brisbane on the 19th at 11.05am??
I'm planning to see a broadway show or two, check out Museum Mile, Statue of Liberty etc, try and cram it all in in 3 days!!!!!

thats funny ill be on the same flight but couple days later.. ahh well. will try n hook up with someone the night before the trip to see NY at night

Hey guys

I too am doing this tour, sort of at least. I'm only going halfway to New Orleans and then get off (I have to get back to work...) I actually did the 2nd half last year but got off early then to again go back to work...

I'm from Wollongong just outside Sydney and can't wait to get over there. I get into New York the week before and have family so will be doing the relo thing (and free accommodation)!

I, like, Anthony am also going on the Eastern Discovery tour, so I will be leaving when we reach NO I am arriving in NY on the 20th (i think) and am hoping to change my flight so I can have an extra day or two in NO....I am hoping to meet up with a few of you when I get to NY and do some sightseeing.

Hey, everyone. Myself and a friend are thinking of booking to do the grand southern. Not too sure if we should go or not as we are 19 and 20 and not sure if we will be accepted into clubs etc. Is any1 else this age, or know anything about the age restrictions. Just a quick question, aren't we leaving early on the 23rd? We're on a Trafalgar in Europe atm and we left London at 6:30am on the first morning... if you arrive at midday doesn't that mean you'll miss the bus? :O

Thanks for the head's up about that Rhi; it appears my travel agents dropped a clanger when they booked my flights for me , but I've got different flights now for a small fee, so I'll now be arriving on the 21st!
