Hellooo!



My name is Jazzi, from Brisbane, QLD, and hopefully, I'll be going on
the NY to LA Grand Southern Tour of the US, from October 6, 2006 to
October 29, 2006. I'm nervous, because I haven't seen any threads on
here for this tour, but hopefully someone else is planning for the same
tour!



After this tour, I'm going up to Canada to work at Lake Louise for 6
months, because I loooove snow skiing, so I'm very excited about that!



Anyway, that is all for now, hopefully someone will post, hehe!

My name's Amanda and I'm all booked and paid up for the Oct 6 Grand Southern Tour.  Only thing is - I'm going the opposite way!  LA to NY!

Like you - I'm also nervous as I'm going it on my own and haven't seen any threads on here from others doing the same tour.

I'll be on your tour. I was a bit curious that no one had posted yet too.

I'll probably be the tour pensioner - but don't hold it against me

I actually head off in around 7 weeks as I'll be travelling for about 5 weeks, mainly Ireland and Scotland, before I go on the tour.

Don't worry about travelling on your own. I did a long contiki in Europe about 7 years ago and our group got on so well we still get together about every 6 months. You'll meet heaps of people I'm sure Well I hope so, otherwise we could both be in trouble!

Fear no longer..Im a kiwi gal, currently living in Turkey, missioning my way over to LA for the Grand Southern Tour that departs 7 Oct at the crack of dawn..so yea i arrive on 6 Oct too..im also travellin alone, and often do tours such as these, twin share, its cool hangin out and havn a laugh and Karen's right you often become good mates after the tour, so its all good..dont worry about being the 'pensioner' Karen, hee hee, im sure we'll hava ball...and Jazzi im sure they'll be your tour group will be just as cool...

Yay, I'm glad someone posted that they would be on my tour! I made my
travel agent check that others had booked for the same tour before I
paid for it, and I feel a lot better.



If you'll be the tour pensioner, I'll be the tour baby. I'm only 20,
which means no Casinos, Clubs, Pubs or Bars for me in the USA. Sigh!
But I'm sure I'll be fine.

I'm sure there'll be heaps of things to do. Bummer about the whole 21 years deal, but I'm sure there will be other people in the same boat... or ways... we'll see.

Anyway - only 2 weeks till I take off now so it's getting exciting!
