Gday just wonderin if anyone is doin this snow trip in feb. I've been livin in London past year headin home in March so keen for some boardin before I go. Matt
I'm considering doing this trip (solo) because its half-term break for London teachers that week. I haven't snowboarded or had a pair of skis on before so it could be fun?! Its nor booked yet but should get it organised very shortly. Not exactly sure what's expected to bring along (clothes wise) either...

You'll love it, dunno anyone that doesnt get hooked first time they go to the snow.
Just take normal clothes really, stuff to wear round the lodge and goin out clothes etc. You'd probly hire the ski clothes and under them i normally wear just shorts and shirt (sometimes not even that depending on the weather) cos u get pretty warm during the day.
If you know anyone goin to The Church get them to keep there entry tickets cos each ticket gets 10 quid off contiki up to 50 quid. 50 quid aint much but it's more money for the bar I say!
Dunno how to get there mate, I'm trying to figure out how to get from there to either Budapest, Bratislava or Vienna as I'm doin a bit of travellin after and one of those will be my first stop
Hey Guys!!! Just to let you know...i'm also going to be on the same trip as you. Also been looking at flying into Munich...coming from Bahrain. From South Africa thoug. I've only ever been skiing once before - for a wekend...so you can basically say that i haven't been skiing before!!! got a few skiing things together don't know how i'm going to get them there...so bulky and heavy!!!
I'm considering doing this trip (solo). I come from Italy and I will go by train. I get off at Woergl in Austria and from there I will take another train and in 10 minutes I will be to hopfgarten station.
The train to woergl starts also from munich
