Hi, I am doing the Western Highlights tour in May 2010 and just wanting to know what options are there to get back to LA from vegas and approx costs. Also im sure many people need the same type of thing as the tour ends in Vegas. Does contiki help out with this and how would you find people in advance if you maybe wanted to hire a car together??
Any help suggestions would be greaty appreciated.

I would take a look at flying, Jetblue does that route and has good prices, in flight entertainment, doesn't charge extra for luggage and you get unlimited snacks and drinks. The airport in Vegas is very convenient to get to from the strip.

You're on your own with the rental car idea, maybe you can meet some people in the meeting place section or wait until you get to LA, see if anyone is interested and still have time to book a flight or a rental car.

Hi I know luxbusamerica.com do transfers between la/anaheim and las vegas. I used them to go from my la hotel to my anaheim hotel and they were good. You reserve your place on their website and ring up 48hrs b4 to confirm. If the hotel you want to go to isnt on the list (the contiki one in anaheim wasnt) just put it on the additional information and they will still take you.
