Hi guys, I was thinking about going on this tour on april '10. Is anyone going? I was wondering also why on april there aren't departures from NY to New Orleans but only from New orleans to NY. Would you recommend this tour?
I did this tour this summer and it was amazing! i dont think i would recommend it though, i would do the whole of the grand southern tour instead. basically the eastern discovery joins in the grand southern half way through, and there are less then 10 people that do it, so basically you'll be getting on a bus full of about 40+ people who have already been together for 2 weeks. its very difficult to mix and get involved. we all felt quite isolated from everyone else. if u can do the whole grand southern, if u can only do the eastern discovery, then do it anyway cos it is amazing but just remember you will be joiing in half way through!
