Hi, I am traveling solo and thinking of picking these dates....anyone else going alone?

I will be travelling with my niece on this tour (I am not too sure but I think tour starts on 23rd July). Can't wait. This is my second Contiki. We will be arriving in Italy 22nd in the morning and leaving on the 7th August. Are you staying for a couple of days after the tour?

I'm booked on this tour, also travelling solo. I arrive into Rome on the day before so am staying in Rome that night then head out to the Contiki hotel the following night. Let me know if your in Rome early and we can meet up.Ciao Georgie

My niece and I will be arriving in Italy at 8:00am in the morning of the 22nd. Is the hotel that you have booked into the Prime Hotel Roma Cassia (as I think there are 2 hotels Contiki use).

I can't wait...I have been talking non stop about my trip since I booked....which is a little silly for a 34 year old.

Would love to meet up on the 22nd. What time do you fly in (we are flying in from Brisbane Australia via singapore).

My niece and I are flying into Singapore at about 8.45pm (SQ236)on 21st and we depart Singapore at 1am on 22nd (SQ366)....not too sure about finer details yet as we haven't got tickets.

We are both really excited...i have been meaning to learn a little italian before we go, but have been really busy....will have to try and learn a few lines here and there in the next 6 weeks.

Are you booked into the Prime Hotel Roma Cassia - aparently Contiki have 2 hotels that they use in Rome.

Anyway I had better go and do some work....It's pouring here in Sydney this morning....which is great!

I'm at the same Hotel and will be there first thing on the 22nd because the tour that i'm taking from London to Rome finishes that morning so i just have to go from that hotel to the Prime Hotel Roma Cassia. See you there!

I have a question...have you read the travel reviews from other Simply Italy Tours? I was thinking of doing most of the optionals....but now reading the reviews I am having second thoughts....is anyone else thinking about doing them....I especially want to go to the Blue Grotto...

Yep, I've been thinking of doing a few of the options, the Blue Grotto was one and the Gondolas in Venice, not sure about the others, i'll decide when I get there :-)

Not long to go...I have 16 working days until I go on holidays and it works out at 27 days until the tour begins.
