I'm hitting the upper limits, I'm 34 and I've only started doing the Contiki thing though in 2004... wish I'd discovered it earlier

I've done: Spotlight On Greece, Aegean Classic, New Zealand Grand Explorer, Canada & Rockies, Hawaiian Discovery, Australia Beaches & Reefs, UK & Southern Ireland... and Simply Italy with be #8, LA to the Bay will be #9 and I'll round out the whole experience with another Canada & The Rockies only this time with Stampede... in 2008.

It's actually funny, I started the Contiki trips with the Olympic experience in Athens 2004 and will be ending the Contiki experience with preparation for the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver... Speaking of Olympics, I wonder if we are going to Torino at all on this Italy trip...

I heard Rome's really expensive... I think I have some leftover Euros from my last trip to the UK, gosh was that expensive Are you going to do all the optionals? Do you know of anything else people have done that might not be included in the trip price?

Hi all, I'm coming on this trip as well! But I wont be able to meet you all till the morning after, well I am arriving later in the evening! So, does anyone know how far it will be from the airport to the hotel?

Only a little over a month to go... looking forward to meeting you all... I think it's about half an hour from the airport... I think somebody from a previous trip mentioned the hotel was a ways from the city. I bought a transfer to the hotel and back with my airfare. See ya all soon...

You've got some travelling experience, from what I read above - got any packing tips? I assume that there are some laundry facilities at some point of the tour? Any other gems you care to share?
