I'm thinking og going solo on the Simply Italy tour departing Canada May 25, leaving Rome May 26th.  Has anyone booked for that tour??  If so would love to hear from you!!

I'm glad to see someone else is going - I was getting worried for a minute there!!

Where are you flying from?  Are you planning on spending any extra time in Rome?  If I can get the time off work, I might stop in London first and head to Rome maybe a day or so before the tour.

Im a little worried too, hopefully others have signed up for these dates as well.

Im flying out from the US.  Im not spending any extra time there, Im already pushing it with the amount of leave I have.

Well, I'm glad to see at least one person is going - I think this tour looks like a lot of fun!  Most of the other Europen tours are filling up really quickly.  I thought about doing the Eastern Road and the dates in May are already sold out.  I thought this would be a really popular tour so I'm surprised there are still spaces left.

If anyone else has booked this tour let us know!!!

Hey there you guys, yea i was thinkin of going on this one. i mostly want to go to france and italy. after wards im going to england and travel there. im 18 and from canada traveling solo.. its good to hear that people are going on this trip i think i might book this one.

Great to hear that someone else is thinking of booking!  Where abouts in Canada are you from?  I'm from Toronto.  I think this tour looks really good - I've seen some of the cities before but I'd love to spend more time in Italy.

im probably going to book this tour. i was talkin to my travel agent and she said its 80% going to go... or eles we get our money back. but im from B.C just out side of vancouver.. how old are you buy the way? but yea im pretty stoked about going... thats cool that another canadain is going.. i leave may 12 for england then flying to rome from england.. i was thinkin of going on the london to athens tour but that was to much ( even though i want to backpack i mainly wanted to go to italy) so this tour sounds awsome... I hope more people are going to come on this tour.. im kinda scared about flying into rome by myself..

That's funny, I'm thinking about going to London for a couple days (my family lives there) and then flying to Rome from London (probably on May 24th) so I would get in Rome a full day before the tour starts.  I was also thinking about doing a tour from London - the Road to Athens - but now am thinking Simply Italy because the other one is quite a bit more expensive.

I'm hoping they know within the next couple of weeks if this tour is a go.  I think they have to know 60 days prior to departure.  Are you flying back to Canada from Rome or are you staying in Eurpoe?  I'm not sure how much more money it'll cost to fly into London and back from Rome - I'll have to look into that.

I'm 26 btw - hopefully not the oldest person on the tour!!!

Yea i was looking at that Road to Athens, and the London to Athens tour.. but money wise i chose this one. Im flying back to London from rome. meeting with some friends that should be there. I was looking at pices from Rome to London on ryanair.com and its about 119.99 eur's so about $168 canadian. yea so i have hope that this tour goes too, and i think im going to book it..

and btw i dont think youll be the oldest there...

Ive booked to go on May 25th as well,

I am in the Canadian Army currently in Afghanistan,

I will be travelling to Amsterdam from the 19th of May

and then 23 May I will be flying down to Rome to spend a extra

day there before the trip. I am also originally from just outside of

Vancouver.
