I am an Aussie and I've just noticed on the European advice forum some people mentioning a "food fund" which is an additional charge of approx $600. It says in the brochures that the price you pay includes 11 breakfasts and 6 dinners. I assumed that you are on your own for the other meals, am I supposed to pay an this "food fund also? I've not even heard of it up until today and am now wondering if I have to pay this also?

methinks the food fund is for the concept tours and camping trips not the time out trips like Simply Italy is. The brochure you get from travel agents has a brief run-down. time-out are a bit more expensive so include the meals as listed. the rest will prob cost us 600 euro anyway!!!
