I'll be on the Simply Italy Sept. 3rd trip (with two of my friends)...anyone else going?

My name is Allison and I am also going on the Sept 3 Simply Italy.  I am soo excited, this will be my first trip to Europe.

I'm really excited too!  It's not my first time to Europe, but it's my first time to Italy (and my first tour with Contiki).  Two of my friends are going, so it will definitely be a good time.  Are you going alone or with friends?  What part of the U.S. are you in?

I'm originally from New Jersey, but I've been living in Southern California for the last six years.  My two friends that are traveling with me are also from NJ (one now lives in Philly and the other in Florida).

Are you planning on staying any longer in Italy or just for the duration of the trip?  I'll be staying an extra three days in Rome, so it should be a good time! 

I think the hardest part of this trip will be trying to fit all my clothes into one suitcase!  I pack more then that when I go away for the weekend!!

I wish I could stay longer but can't take that much time off from work. Are you guys flying from Philly?  I am connecting through Philly.  I have the same concerns about packing.  I thing I am going to have to buy some new clothes that do not wrinkle or stain.

I'm on the connecting in Philly.  I leave at Sept. 3 on USAir flight 2 and it leaves out of Philly at 6:10PM and arrives in Rome at  8:40AM.  I'll definitely buy new clothes and I'm sure I'll buy a bunch while I'm there...I've already started making lists of things that I need (can you tell I'm excited!)...

It sounds like we are on the same flight.  I am also making a list of what I need to take.  I  can tell that you are excited and am I.

That's great we're on the same flight...hopefully we'll have a cool group of people...

My best friend and I will be going, but we haven't booked the tour yet.  I think we better hurry up and do that soon!  Do you guys know if Contiki offers rides to and from the Airport?

When I booked my trip, I'm pretty sure the rep told me that they could provide airport transportation.  Hopefully they do, because I can see myself getting completely lost with a suitcase somewhere in downtown Rome!!

Where are you flying out of?  And yes!  You better book soon!  It's only 5 months away and that's going to come quicker then you think!

Hey guys.  Double check with who you booked the trip through because Contiki can provide transportation from the airport but it costs additional.

Very Cool!  Well by the looks of this posting it looks like we will be the only ones on this tour!  Does that mean we have the Bus to ourselves!
