I will be booking the June 7th tour. Is anyone else doing this tour?

I'm actually going to be in Italy on the 4th but in Palermo and then Rome on the 6th. Are you arriving early? Also have you heard from anyone else that is going?

Hey L - other than you, the 2 guys I'm rolling with and myself, I haven't heard from anyone else going on this trip...hopefully the message board will start to pick up this month.

The three of us arrive into Rome the morning of Thurs the 7th and plan to check out Rome by day/nite as we dont meet up with Contiki until Friday, the 8th.

Are you travelling with anyone else??

L, do you happen to know what hotel the contiki group will be staying in starting the 8th?

Sounds good. Where are you guys staying when you get there? I'm at Hotel Italia.

We will be staying at Prime Hotel Roma Cassia starting the 8th.

We haven't booked our room for the 7th just yet...trying to figure it out between this wknd and next week....looks like out Contiki hotel is about 20mins outside the city centre but that Hotel Italia place you got is more central...did you book it online? If so do you mind if I ask how many Euro it was for the nite?

Yeah I saw that about the Contiki hotel. I did book my hotel online. It is 90 euro a night. I booked it on venere.com.

Thanks! I'll keep ya posted on what we do...I got one of those little Rome books so I'm going to read through that this wknd and then we'll end up booking.
