Hi all, i am looking at doing the wild western in Oct 2007. I know it is a year off yet but i like to plan early, gives me something to look forward too. This will be my 8th contiki, having already done 2 in usa, 2 in europe, 2 in Aust and one in New Zealand. Am really looking forward to this and meeting anyone else who is looking at going at this time too. Cheers

I have not yet booked the trip yet but will be doing so in the next couple of weeks. With the wild western it is best to book early as they seem to sell out fairly quick.

Where are you from? I am from Melbourne Australia, i plan to have about 4 nights in Hawaii before i arrive in la. Hope to hear from you when you have decided on if you are going to do the trip or not. It starts on the 17th.

I'm from near London in the UK. I really want to do this trip. I'm just waiting for the flight price from London to LA to drop, as they're quite expensive at the moment.

You're so lucky to be able to go via Hawaii. That sounds amazing!

Have you done any other Contiki tours? I noticed you registered a long time ago.

hi kylie im josh im from sydney i plan on doing this tour on 10th october ill be leaving on 1st october spending 9 nights in LA b4 hand and then the contiki tour then i leave the tour when its in san fran spend 4nights there then fly out to hawaii spendfour nights there then fly home hope to see u's all there if ur comingon this tour thanks josh

I am almost certain that i will be doing the 17 october, it fits in better for me. I am so looking forward to going, i love america. It will be my third time in 3 years there. I have previously done 7 other contiki's. I find it is such an easy way to travel. I know it sounds sad, almost 30 and still going on contikis but i kind of have the travel bug and can't seem to help myself.

hi kylie ill definately be doing the 10th october as i finish work on 30th september and i want to leave pretty much str8 away as i really need the holiday after being worked off my feet all year with all the sporting events we have but i might catch up with u in hawaii or la b4 the trip or la after ur trip as i will still be there catch u l8r josh

I'm 27 so not much younger than you! I did a Trek America tour on the east coast last year, though Contiki looks better!

I need to see if I can take the time off work first. I'll probably fly out the day before the tour and am thinking about staying for 2 extra nights so that I can do Disneyland. I know it sounds cheesy but I loved Disneyworld in Florida when I was a kid!

A friend and i are doing the wild west tour on the 3rd of Oct. We also plan on doing the La scene before we start and 4 or 5 nights in hawaii on the way home. This will be the first contiki tour we've ever done and the first time we've left australia!!! Very exciting but also scary!! Anyone else plan on doing the wild west at that time???

I'm Telisha 24 years old from Queensland Australia, and i am doing the wild western sometime in october, not sure of the dates yet wanted to see when other people were going. I am also going to be doing the LA Scene probably before the wild western. This will be my second contiki tour, i did New Zealand in 2005 and loved it made heaps of great friends.

My wife Janelle and I will be doing the Wild Western from 10th-22nd Oct. This will be our first and we will be doing our second tour on the Big Apple Explorer from 30th Oct-2nd Nov. We are very excited as we just confirmed and paid deposits yesterday (09/02/07)

I have actually decided on the 21-24 of October for the LA Scene & The 24- 5th November for the Wild Western. I will also be travelling alone and i will then be spending 6 nights in Canada after my tour. Let me know when you have booked and what date you decide on?
