i'm thinking of booking onto the 'la to the bay' from 26th dec...which i think combines in with the wild western anyway (someone told me all tours in america are joined? have you heard anything like that??) i'm 24, from perth, western australia and will be travelling solo too. i was in vegas in jan 2006 and it was awesome, so so cool, new years there is going to be fantastic! i did contiki europe too - but back in 2001 and was such a good experience, am hoping america will be the same!

i have not heard anything like that, but that is not to say it's not true. I was thinking of traveling on the LA to the Bay too but the Wild Western seemed to offer more. i to have traveled europe and the uk with contiki by myself and i don't think i would do it anyway. i did hear however, because America does not guarantee their tours they could join the tour numbers together and make one tour (if that makes any sense)

I was meant to write above, I would not do it any other way, I loved traveling by myself. Just letting you know that i have swapped tours and am now doing LA to the Bay on the 26th December. This tour worked better as i am heading to Canada after the tour. I looking forward to New Years in Vegas.
