Hi all, My name is Brendon and myself and 3 mates will be doing the Wild Western Contiki from the 19th july to the 1st August 2009. We are all from Australia and will be 23 & 24 when on tour.

Hi Amy, where are you from? How long are you thinking of goin over for. My mates and i will be over there for about 6 weeks. We are also doing the Eastern Discovery (NO to NY) on the 4th August....

Im from Melbourne.
I was hoping to go over beforehand for a week and then go over to NY after the trip for a few weeks.
Not too sure on the plans though because i will be by myself so depends if i find anyone else who is staying around.

we are flyin in on the 16th then basically jumping straingt onto the contiki, then doin the other contiki from the 4th till the 17th, then spendin a few days in NY then finishing off in Las Vegas...Im sure u will find heaps of ppl on tour...its still ages away, i wish it was now though...

just booked this. I'm from North Carolina, never had the chance to visit this side of country. Solo traveler as well.

I'll arrive on July 17 and plan to spend two days at Huntington Beach since the US Open of Suring will be starting up.

have you heard much about this contiki bein from NC?? Is this ur first contiki? M or F? Is the US open of Surfing a pretty big thing, if so it would be pretty interesting to go watch.

Most people I know have never even heard of Contiki. Although on my European tour we had a decent amount of Americans on the tour.

that is the website but it still has the information from 2008. However, the 1st two days is only surfing so it's not as crowded.

Huntington Beach is about a 30 min drive from the Contiki hotel in Anaheim. I'm actually going to stay at the Contiki hotel and just drive down both those days since the hotels are more expensive at Huntington Beach.

Hi, I am a 35yo m from Brisbane QLD and thinking of doing the 19th July Wild Western. I will also be flying solo, just wanting to get an idea of ages of the other people going? Will be heading to NYC after the tour to do a 10 day tour over there with another company before heading to London for 2 weeks.

Will be verge of 23 when on this tour, good to see some aussies together, bring ur drinking shoes please! haha

Plans are to do this tour, head to vegas for a coulpe more nights then on to NYC for a couple nights before i fly to London.

Hey boys dont u worry myself and the 3 guys are in solid drinking training, hahaha, yeah at the moment looks like its the Aussies unleashed in America, should be a great trip....once us boys have finished the WW we will be spendin a couple more nites in LA before flyin to New Orleans to start the Eastern Discovery contiki, this is when we will prob have to bring out the second liver....then have a few nights in NYC after that then finish off in vegas....gonna be big...
