That's good news had me worried then!
Hi Kyle, I'm arriving on 26th and I'm looking at staying in USA hostel Hollywood, it's quite cheap but looks really nice and they arrange loads of tours and things. I'll be staying in the hotel the night before the tour, not sure about after yet tho. Where is everyone plannin on staying after the tour? I only have 2 nights but that second night at the hotels would work out to be quite expensive.

Ive been reading a lot about LA (damn its massive!). I'm thinkin stayin in Santa Monica/Venice Beach before the tour. Havent decided yet.
Where is it where were supposed to meet at the start of the tour? Is there a pre-meeting as ive heard?
Not sure about that Eksteen, if people from both tours will fit in the same coach. You might well be with us during the tour, until san fran.

I think you are right Eksteen, there is a few tours that start off together and then finish in different places. I have received my Contiki wallet today, they recommend doing Alcatraz on day 12 which I think for us is the 9th August, they recommend the 09.30am slot so think I will book this soon to make sure I get a ticket.

I got my pack as well the other day and saw that they recommend Alcatraz for 9th Aug at 9:30 so I'm going to book that as well, it's my b'day that day as well, woop!
Kyle the tour starts in Anaheim at Best Western Stovall's Inn, I think they have a meeting the night before.
