I know this is probably a personal thing, but is Alcatraz really worth it? Trying to figure out my budget and which optionals to do and not to do

its a personal thing. im def wanting to do it.
if you want reviews or to get a better idea go to tripadvisor.com
search for alcatraz and read the review/look at the photos. So many people said its the best tour they have done. and so many said they were sad to miss out casue they didnt pre book

I haven't been yet but really, the tickets are under AU$30 so it's not a huge cost involved and I think it will be interesting to experience.
