Hey All,

I'm just gonna keep hassling about this. It scares me that I've just finished paying off nearly $2000 for this tour and it looks as though everyone is going before or after me.

I'm fun! Come with me instead of October or December! The November 8 tour will be one to remember!

If I've convinced anyone, let me know!!!

And I know it's still 6 months away.... I'm just one to plan ahead.

I was thinking about doing the tour around the same time as you. But i dont want to just do this tour but there arent many other tours to do afterwards or before. Just wondering what your thoughts or if you had any plans.

i am doing this tour as well but mine is the LA to the Bay.
i was getting a little worried as only a few people have said they are doing this tour or similar one.  i know its 6 months away but i'd like to know the people i was travelling with.

Whats happening people

This is my first time to America and I can't wait. Im doing the Western Highlights tour which I believe is the same bus except I finish up in Las Vegas, while you carry on.

Im doing this by myself, so would be cool to get to know someone before hand.
I am flying in to LA 2 days early and am staying 2 nights in Anaheim.

After I do this Contiki tour I am off to the East Coast - Boston, NYC, Washington etc

Seems to be alot of Australians doing this trip, where all the Kiwis at

I am def doing Alcatraz... you can book your tickets online before we take off on tour unless its an option to do.

Good to have another person confirmed for our trip
There is a few of us going Disneyland on the 6th and 7th, you should come along if you free.
There is only one operator that does tours to Alcatraz, we going to book the audio tour thing, apparently it is the best.
Oh and we hoping to go to a NBA game in LA on the night of the 6th .. should be a blast

I want to book Alcatraz 2 so let me know when you lot are going 2 book it and I will book the same one. i have two days at thje end off the trip so want to do universall in holywood. are you going to LA at the end of the trip?

Having been lucky enough to have been to San Fran Before I have already been to alcatraz. Its def worth doing. I got my tickets early in the morning from the booth at fishermans wharf - there were 3 of us and it was pretty easy. Yes we had to wait to go till the afternoon but it was cool. I wouldnt go again though once is enough and the audio tour is good. It might be less hassle to pre book. SAn Fran is ace.

hey everyone,
its now only about 30 days to go.
my travel agent just rang me and told me that contiki have changed the hotel. its now one of the best western ones. This is kind of annoying because i booked in to stay at the other for two nights before. Is anyone else in the same situation?

HI Hughesy_33 , I booked to stay befor and aft at the hotel, but I booked it all with Contiki holidays. So they just sent me new tickets in the post with the new hotel for the lot. not long to go ! Andrew

my travel agent changed my booking with contiki so im staying at the best western, if you booked with contiki they will change ti but if you didnt book it with them they wont change it..

ONE MONTH TO GO!!!!!
