Repeated saving of tours into My Trips.Page 1 2

When I save a trip into My Trips it saves it there 2-3 times, and if I try and delete one of the repeats, it deletes all 2-3 of them.

ya, I've got this too - we've been playing around with our tour itineraries, copying them a few times and it appears that it's copied them everywhere...we'll have a look at this and see how we go.

It is still duplicating twice over when I save trips. I have tried deleting them all and then reloading them only to come up with the same issue. Is anyone still having this problem???

I am still having the problem of having my trips duplicate... any advice on how i can stop this from happening?

Hi Kimmibub,
Are you still experiencing this issue? I can't seem to replicate the problem on my side. Are you saving the trip from the trip finder, or from the actual tour page itself? What happens if you try deleting your duplicates and re-saving the tour? Have you tried hitting the F5 key on your keyboard for a hard refresh of your browser? Also, what browser are you using? yes am still getting repeated entries. I use internet explorer and I have deleted and entered the tours again with still the same issue.

Hi Rezuri, Thanks for reporting this bug with saving tours. Could you please try deleting your duplicates, re-saving the tour and let me know what happens? Also, could you please try hitting the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh your browser? Do you know what browser are you using (e.g. Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 3.0, etc)? The problem seems to have gone away for me... I just saved a trip and it didn't duplicate. Incidentally, I use Safari. |

Oops, looks like the duplication is back again...
Pressing F5 doesn't do anything on my computer (is that function only for PCs?), deleting the duplicate only deletes the tour completely, and when I re-save it comes back duplicated. Refreshing the browser doesn't fix the problem either. Hmmm.... :-/ |

Hi Rezuri,
Thanks for the update. Yep, the F5 refresh would only work on the PC. For Macs, try command + R (also called apple + R). Also, could you tell me which browser you are using (e.g. Safari, Firefox, etc), and which OS you are operating on? I'll pass this info on to our development team to investigate.
