I noticed that on the price of the tours says that it only includes land travel for the tour. Does that mean we need to get our own flights to the starting country of the tour? How will we know where to meet the tour group?
However when I go to book my tour, there is a Flight section that asks me where I am departing from, but nothing else. No further flight information is provided. Why is that? Thanks -Phil |

Hi,
Each tour has its own starting point that is outlined in the broucher. I think it is on the net to but its very clear in the broucher. With flights, they will quote you, but its definetly cheaper to organise them through a travel agent who can get you the cheapest flight from your depature point. Hope that helps! |

Each tour starts from a specific hotel. You will get the name of the hotel when you book your tour (some hotels are online in the Contikipedia). All you need to do is make sure you're at the hotel on the morning that the tour leaves! Most people will stay at the Contiki hotel the night before, just to be safe! |

I just booked my flights & Tours through an Agent that was refered to me when I asked for an online quote on the Contiki site.
When you ask for a quote on the Contiki site, you can also request a quote for the flight. I compared my quote from Contiki vs the online prices & it's pretty much the same. The prices on the websites vary everyday, so make sure you book as soon as you find a deal if you wanna book on your own. |
