Make the map easier to print and view.
Maybe an approx idea of driving time (sitting on the bus time).

I really, really, really wished itinerary pages were more detailed about each day: i.e. give a general idea of when the bus should arrive in Paris, that there is free time at XX:00 till XX:00.

I realize that some of the times are not fixed in stone, and can change! however, giving this info would greatly help people book extra tours, that are not incl with Contiki nor are optionals

The mot annoying thing about this website, by far, is that you can't see whether or not a tour is sold-out online. You have to ask your travel agent to inquire for you. This makes vacation planning far more difficult, since you can't do it from the comfort of your home, and you cant do it on the weekend when the travel agent isn't working.

The other annoying thing is that you should be able to book online without a travel agent at all. I understand that some people are more comfortable using one, and it makes a lot of sense on some trips, but for example, if you just need to book the trip and fly to/from london, you may prefer to just do it yourself.

Yes! We're working on getting this functionality up and running at the moment. I don't know when it's going to be available, but we're working on it.

I'd really like it if dates for 2009 were up a bit sooner. It would really help with long term planning. I understand they were are still in the 08 summer season, but a lot of us are already planning for 09.

Id like Contiki to have whether they are sold out on the net as well... So you dont have to call and ask for availability... :P

Also Why dont they have guaranteed Departures for the US like they do in Europe?

We've got some changes in the works with the tour pages...at the moment the US doesn't do Guaranteed Departures - we're working on having the availability and booking on line....2009 dates come out at different time for different regions...you can book an Australia tour for 2010 at the moment if you want...this is because of hotel contracts and the like that goes on behind the scenes, we try and get the dates out to you guys as soon as we can.

Yes, I completely agree with Cyphus about giving the general idea of the arrival&departure time of the Hotel/bus. I would definitely like to know the approx time we'd be spending on the bus.
I'd also like to see more photos of the tour to get the idea of what the tour is like.(Yes, I have been checking out the photo page, but it does't necessarily have the photos for the tours which you'd really like to see.) Talking about photos..I've just realised that there seem to be few Asians on the photos...being an Asian, it just makes me wonder whether I'd feel uncomfortable if I go to one of the tours?

It would be cool if the featured travel photos were tour specific, like if a tour heads to london->paris->rome, only photos of those 3 citys show up.
maybe make the tips section also this way? i realize this would be hard if there isnt much information, but its and idea!

I have spent countless hours going back and forth through the individual tours to see when each tour departs.

I would like to be able to search for a tour by date.

I am only able to travel during certain times of the year and it would be helpful if I can input a date into the search field and have tours departing a few days before/after appear in the results. It would make the trip planning process much simpler.
