Can we find out which tour manager is the tm for our particular tour?

The US are usually pretty good with planning their tour managers in advance, there are only about 12 of them so it's easier to do, but if one goes out sick or something like that, then everyone gets reshuffled so it's never 100 percent certain who will be on the tour until it gets going. The same goes in Europe, but there are about 120 tour managers in Europe during the peak season so the reshuffling if something happens is a bit more complicated.
