Hi,

Wanted to check what is average response time for a quote on a package.

I have requested for quotes for two trips ... its been a week or more and I am yet to hear from Contiki...I even called Singapore call centre earlier and left my request for quotes to be mailed... sadly not heard from them either..

Also what is the kind of discount one can expect on an early booking ?

How long do quotes usually take to be sent to the requestee?

I submitted a request a few days ago and I haven't received anything as of yet.

Hi FromOutoftheRain, thanks for reporting this. The average time should be within 24 hours, but if you are experiencing a delay as well, this may be part of a larger issue. Can you tell me which country you are accessing the site from to help us identify the issue & resolve asap? In the meantime, I’ll send you a private message so that if you want to give me your contact details, I can forward on to our reservations department in your region so that they can contact you directly.
