Anyone booked this tour?

Hi,

I just booked this tour minus the 3 day cruise. This will be my first trip to Europe and I'm going solo. Not sure what to expect but from what I have heard I hope to have a great time. I would love to talk to anyone going on this tour to get to know some people prior to the trip and also get some advice.

My name is Karen. This will be my first trip to Europe and first with Contiki. I will be solo as well. I can't believe there is only 6 more weeks to go. Yayy! I will be coming from the US and my plane should arrive around 1 PM on Sept. 9. When do you arrive?

Nice to meet you. I just booked the flight and find out all my info tomorrow including flight times etc. I am coming from the US as well, Philadelphia. I am not sure how to prepare so I have been reading up on this site about what to pack and things to look out for expecially when going off to do other tours on your own. I'm excited though, cant wait to see everything. Are you in college or working?

I already graduated. I am a marketing assistant for an entertainment company. I am so excited I now know someone on this tour.

If anyone is arriving early on Sept. 9, maybe we can meet up before the meeting.

I am coming into Rome on the 9th as well. First time in Europe and I am coming solo! So excited. I actually get in around 9 a.m. I hope I can stay up. I'd love to meet you guys before the group meeting.

I get in to Rome on Sept 9th at 1pm or 13:00?? since the rest of the world uses military time i guess i should start using it. I guess we can meet in the lobby before dinner if we decide on a time. I'm taking this tour, minus the cruise. I'm coming solo as well, so it's nice to find other people that will be there. I'm from Ottawa, ON, Canada. I arrive in Rome at 10:30am, so if anyone is arriving early and is up to explore a bit before meeting the whole group let me know.
