ps im just booking my accom. for the night before out tour leaves, is the county hotel next to the other ones?

By the look of it the County is on the same street as the Royal International & Imperial (where I'm staying) maybe 500m away from the Royal. So it's in walking distance.
No I've never travelled by myself before either, just done the family thing like you mostly & then a couple local hols with my friends but nothing quite a big as this.
Maybe we can all meet up the evening/night before we head off on tour since we're all going to be around by then?

Yeah that would be awesome actually... I'll check out what bars and pubs are around the royal imperial and post it on here... probably just have an early one because we have such an early start but it would be great to know a few faces before the tour starts!

Hey guys, i think contiki organise to have a meeting the night before the tour at the contiki basement or whatever it is!
At least the tour is filling up now!!!
i leave on tuesday for london, then ireland. Staying at royal national a few days before hand!!

I've just received my contiki docs from my travel agent so have been looking through them & found that pre-departure mtgs for concept tours are held the day before we head off (Fri 28th) at 7pm in the London Coffee courtyard in the Royal International hotel. hope that makes sense. So I'll be there.

Hey I am also on this trip, I can't wait! I will be flying into london on the 26th. I am a solo traveller, so if anyone is around at that time, I would love to meet you and we can sightsee London on the 27th together!
Otherwise I'll see you all at the Royal national on the 29th!

Yeah that sounds like an awesome idea. It would have to be heaps more fun together than on your own. I'm gonna be heading down to the Contiki Basement Thursday morning to sign in & schedule some sight-seeing tours, maybe if you guys are around we can meet up?
