I am doing the European Escapade starting in Sept. finishing in October. Should I be brining shorts and t thirts, or pants and sweaters?

i'd take a mixture of both. i've been to europe in september before and needed both.
which date of sept are you leaving in tour?

I did this tour the same time last year, and I was in the same boat back then so i know how you are feeling, i mainly wore 3/4 trousers and jeans, some days it was hot but not to hot so you will be comfortable wearing trousers, just make sure you take summery tops. I found it best to layer my tops so you get more use out of the summer clothes. I would take a warm jacket coz when you hit the end of the tour OMG it gets cold. Also you are gonna be one of the last tours for the summer period so pre warning the pool maybe drained, we were the last tour and all the pools were drained. You'll have the best time and there are plenty of shops of there to get lost in :-) A scarf is also a good thing to take its small and fits easy into your bag. It makes so much difference when your neck is covered.
Take comfy shoes thats my main thing. You walk soooooo much you can't be going for looks just go for comfort hehe.
