my trip plans are..
August 31st i leave perth.
stop over in singapore for like a couple of hours then straight to heathrow
arrive in london on the 1st of september
staying at the royal national
the tour.. then im there for the night we get back at the tour
and then im going up to scottland for my cousins tour.

am doing it by myself.

Is it just me or is it crazy that there are 2 Danni's doing the tour etc hahah
i was freaking out.
trying to remember who is who! or figure out the differences!

im prob just taking my suitcase thing
that comes with a backpack (but i dont think ill use it) and im taking a bag that will go like on the side of me that is a kinda decent size.. ZIPs up though.

after ym tour got no idea what ill be doing.
when i went to the uk heading into october it was getting quite cold.
what else haha oh yeh ill be living in the uk after the tour which im SO scared about

Im taking a small hair straightner yes im just pathetic like that
but i figure a straightner can do wonders ..
like curl or straightn and just makes my hair look neater ( well so i think!)

I get how 2 Dannis is confusing! I'll try to remember to put another initial, I was here 2nd!!!

Nick and I are from QLD. I have just moved from the Gold Coast to Nick's place in Brisbane, but I still travel back and forth. We will both be 25 for the tour (I'll be in Valencia, Spain for my birthday! YAY!!!! )

No idea how much cash I'll be taking! It depends soley on how much I can get together in 6 months :s The tour is great because a heap of meals, accommodation and activities are included. It is the additional activities, meals (DRINKS!), and time either side of the tour I'm freaking out about. A week in Spain, then 4 days in London before our tour. Then after, we are spending 3 days in Prague, then 3 days in Poland, then a week in Thailand on the way home. I am in serious need of cash!

Nick and I were going to be going on a working holiday in the UK, but decided to just do this contiki tour instead. We think we'll do the working hol thing after we finish uni. I am so jealous of you Laura, that you get to have a huge adventure! You should be so excited!

I don't care how prissy it is, but I too am taking my straightener. It doesn't take up too much room, and I think I deserve nice hair!
Besides, I kinda imagined making friends over a straightener in the bathrooms, when no boys are around to hear your gossip!!!

I think we have a limit on how big and how much our bags can be.

Egypt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH! I really wamt to go! It is horrible to be SO CLOSE to everything, and only getting to do a tiny bit! You should go- that would be amazing!

And Santorini. Wow! You are so lucky to have friends in cool places. I have friends who live in Paris, BUT! They are going to New Zealand skiing! Of all times and places, I thought it was funny.

Greece and Ireland would be great too. There is just so much to see!

I work for Dreamworld. I do admin, and cash handling sort of work. I like it, they are good to me. Oh, and they walk the tigers through my office now and then! It is pretty cool!!!!
Nick works at the casino in Brisbane. He deals all the games (he is thrilled about the casino tour in Monte Carlo!). He also is a pharmacist, he does that on Saturdays. He likes doing both- it keeps things interesting.

I am trying to save like crazy now. I wasn't expecting to have to have money right now. We were going for a working hol, and now, whatever I have is all I'm going to have! AAARRRGGGHHHH!!! Nick is responsible with his money, so he has a bit saved. I am finishing paying for the tour this week, so I am about to empty my bank account. I am looking into getting another job to get more cash flow. I don't want to be left short of money, and have to miss out on things! Thanks to Kevin Rudd for my $900 contiki booster!!!

As for London, our dates are not concrete. The plan was to arrive in London on the 31st of Aug. But plans for before then haven't quite worked out. We were meant to stay with a friend in Madrid, but she hasn't got back to us. So we may be there a bit earlier? Not sure yet. Will keep you posted.

We are staying at the Royal National from the 31st of Aug, until the 3rd of Sep. Will definitely run into you there.

As of today i am saving like crazy. I filled my car with petrol put phone credit on my phone and thats all i intend on buying for a while.

I arrive in London on the 01/09/2009 at like 6am in the morning (fly out of perth 31/08/2009)
im staying at the royal national unil the 3rd too. and then one night after the tour so will definatly see you around.

My suitcase is from Strandbags, don't think it's anything special but it's bright pink and will do the job! I hope!
