I'm stuck between top deck and contiki at the moment if I do the contiki its gonna be the escapade leaving on the 6th of May. I'm also traveling by myself. My mates too can't afford the trip (slackers). So if you guys are all going alone let me know what date you are thinking of leaving, coz I'm not the keenest bloke to travel by myself. At this stage I'm heading over for anzac day (which should be pretty special) then will fly to london to start the tour.
Nice to hear that I am not the only one travelling alone! I'm planning on heading over to Ireland first in about april with a mate but she can only travel for a couple of weeks because doent have enough money saved! Then I'm planning on doing the escapade trip early may. then not sure where ill go, but want to travel for about 3- 4 months. I also couldnt decide between topdeck and contiki for a while but in the end decided on contiki because I think they offer more additional activities and whilst I prob wont do some of them I think its good to have the choice. Plus I like the sound of some of the places we get to stay at! What is everyone else's travel plans like?
Hi Sam, As above I'm doing anzac day in turkey then will be in london a week before the escapade starts after that I've got a week to get to denmark to start the scandinavian contiki coz i just wanna get a quick look at stuff up there. Then after that I'm looking at doing to Mediterranean starting in spain with the running of the bulls and the tomato throwing festival. and will work my way across to Croatia and greek islands from there I'm going to look at the money situation and decide to go or stay. But u sound like ur doing pretty much what I'm doin. I'm booking on saturday and will probs book the the one departing on the 6th of may.
