Hi Katherine, i will most likely be doing this tour, if i decide not to do the time out vista.
Im travelling bymyself for the first time.
did you choose concept for any particular reason?

After looking at all of the different types of tours that Contiki offered that of camping, time out and concept, concept seemed to me to give me that buck for my money where the price is really reasonable for what is included. Although we might not be sleeping in nice hotel rooms like in time out, but that's not why we are there for I reckon, should rather spend more money on enjoying the sights. So do this tour! We're going to have fun!

I used to be from adl - moved to melb 4 yrs ago! im 22 and planning to prob travel around uk/europe for 3 wks after - then im heading to the greek islands. at this stage just planning to wing the 3 weeks after seeing what happens on contiki. do you have any plans yet?

Hey Sara, sorry I didn't reply I've been in Cambodia and forgot about the forum... We are keen to travel around UK and see the family there but would definately take up any other opportunities to travel with any other tour people if they wanted to cruise around in a small group after. Where are you staying in London coz we are having trouble finding a cheap stay after the tour. Also does anyone know if there are cheaper options than the tube and rail services to get around London & England... Cheers, Jared - Can't wait!!

Im booked and paid for this tour too. 21/m/aus Im planning to stay on in the uk for the rest of the year travelling around and picking up some random work. Was going with a mate but he bailed on me a while back so doing the whole solo thing. Hopefully theres a few more of us planning to stay on for a bit jared!! Keen to do some travel after the tour ends as well but depends on how the funds are looking after we finish. I didnt no the accom went so quick, or was hard to find...(better get onto it) are you guys backpacking? looking forward to meeting everyone. kyle

Jared - lucky you, i would love to go to cambodia but unfortunately couldnt fit it into this trip! after contiki rather than stay in london, i was planning prob to head straight up to scotland, and then back to europe (im in london 5 days before our tour) trying to stay out of london as much as possible after seeing the main sights cos its sooo exp! ive heard the generator hostel(near royal national) is pretty ok. maybe try there?

Kyle - ill be backpacking for 3 wks after contiki but as to where - will wait and see till after ive seen the main sights! and funds as well - im starting to think ill be very broke by the end of the trip! heading to greek isl on the 4th of july though.

Hey everyone, my sister and I are also planning on going on the European Escapade trip from may 18th - june 13th (still haven't booked, just reserved). Is it anybody else's first time travelling with Contiki? Is there no one over the age of 22?

Hi everyone, My friend and i are also doing this tour. He is 24 and i am 21 and we are from Canberra to. After the tour we will be going to Paris for a few days and then my mate will be travelling around Ireland by himself and i will be heading to London for a few days.
